We started Parcelle because we were tired of compromise. Tired of reading ingredient labels and finding seed oils, preservatives, and words we couldn't pronounce. Tired of "healthy" restaurants that still cut corners where it matters most.

At Parcelle, every smoothie, bowl, and dish is built from ingredients that are either certified organic or have a clean, single-ingredient label — no fillers, no hidden additives. We cook exclusively with olive oil, coconut oil, and grass-fed butter — never canola, soybean, or other inflammatory seed oils. Minnesota's short growing season makes year-round local organic produce hard to come by, so we source the cleanest, most responsibly-grown ingredients we can find — local when we can, regional when we can't.

We believe that real food doesn't need to be complicated. It just needs to be honest.
